About Us

Maritza Eiris, has been a resident in Cape Coral since 1993.  She has established a solid reputation in her service and honesty to her customers.  Her experience in real estate started in 1987, where she was a realtor in Ocean County, New Jersey and was recognized in New Jersey Assocation of Realtors as a Million Dollar Sales Club Member.  In 1993 when she moved to Florida she received her real estate license.  She continues her 14 hours education to keep up with the real estate industry.  Maritza became a real estate consutlant for the Daily Breeze Newspaper where she helped the realtors and real estate industry in Cape Coral to promote there business.  In 1997 she became a real estate closer with a local title insurance company and in 2004 she opened Florida West Coast Title Insurance, Inc.   Since then she as aquired her C-CREC (Consumer-Real Estate Consultant) degree.
